You will receive an email invitation from us or see a prompt within mobile or internet banking, with a link for more information on the offer. This webpage holds a link to the registration form
To complete the registration form you’ll be asked to give us your first name, second name, e-mail address and the 16 digital debit card number you wish to register for the offer
Once you submit your registration form, a confirmation message should appear on screen confirming, you are now eligible to start receiving cash back from this date until 31st August

Your cashback will be paid within 5 working days after your transaction is cleared and is no longer showing as pending

Yes, cashback will be payable on all transactions carried out at businesses where the primary function is eating or drinking, whether they are in the UK or abroad

Will I still get cashback if I pay in Pounds whilst abroad?

Yes, cashback will be paid on all payments made in eating and drinking businesses regardless of the currency used

Are there any places where I could spend money and not receive cashback?
A:
Cashback will only be payable on transactions made in businesses with a primary focus on eating and drinking. For example, if you were to buy a coffee at a petrol station, you would not receive any cashback for this transaction as it is likely this would be recorded as a Fuel Retailer payment instead of an Eating and Drinking payment

I bought a lunch at a café within a supermarket, why do I not get cashback for this?
A:
Cashback will only be payable on transactions made in businesses with a primary function of eating and drinking. As the transaction would be recorded as a Supermarket and Grocery transaction, cashback would not be payable on this transaction

How soon after I register will I be eligible for cashback.
A:
As soon as you are displayed the confirmation message, you will be able to receive cashback on all eligible transactions

What is the maximum amount of cashback I could receive?
A:
£100 is the maximum amount of cashback you will be able to receive in total, throughout the offer period

If I register my card, will my other cards or my partner’s card on my joint account also get cashback?
A:
No – only the card you register, gets cashback
