- This experience is non-refundable after scheduling is complete
- This experience must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute reservations within 7 days before the arrival date are subject to availability.
- Cancellation of this experience must be issued to Japamala Resort at least 7 days before the arrival date, otherwise non-refundable.
- All rates quoted are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), based on per room per night, valid for single or double occupancy.
- All rates quoted are inclusive of Service Charge (10%)
- Rooms are subject to availability and prior reservations are required. Not valid in conjunction with other promotions & discounts.
- Additional persons in the same room will be subject to additional surcharge for Extra bed and the package inclusions. Please consult our Concierge team for more information.
- 100% of the room charges will be collected 45 days before the arrival date.
- There shall be no reimbursements for No-Show or shortened stays after check-in. Full payment shall apply according to the dates that the reservation was made. Samadhi Retreats will not be responsible for any flight or ferry cancellations or delays, and No-show charges will apply.
- Foreign passport holders who are staying at accommodation in Malaysia are subject to pay a Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night effective from 1 September 2017. The Tourism Tax is mandatory and regulated by the Ministry of Finance and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. This flat rate of MYR10 will be applicable for all room types, based on per room per night basis. Please note that Malaysia Tourism Tax is not included in the room rates. Collection of this tax will be done by Japamala Resort upon arrival. Under the Tourism Tax (Exemption) Order 2017, Malaysians or Permanent Residents with MyPR cards are exempted from paying the Tourism Tax.
