- Outdoor adventure activities like kayak touring carry inherent risks because nature (e.g., tidal currents, winds, weather) is hard to predict. It is important to be aware of the decisions made during the trip, and if at any time you are uncomfortable with the risks involved, to opt out of the specific activity. By signing up, you would have consulted your doctor about your medical and mental health suitability for such trips
- Delays
- If the trip is delayed due to weather, transport, or situations for which we cannot make provisions, we seek your understanding that the cost of such delays to the participants could not be reimbursed
- Cancellations
- For local half-day trips in Singapore, a $75 cancellation fee (per pax) applies when we receive a written notice that you have to cancel your trip more than 48 hours before departure. If we receive your written notice to cancel less than 48 hours prior to departure, we regret there is no refund. We do not have a rebooking policy
- Cancelled Trips
- For local trips in Singapore, if we (Kayakasia) cancelled a trip with an advance notice of more than 48 hours, a replacement of your booked trip on another date will be offered. If your trip is cancelled by us less than 48 hours before departure (e.g. due to adverse weather), you may opt for a full refund of the trip cost or convert your payment into a trip voucher for future use
