Upon completion of your purchase, Mastercard will apply a statement credit directly to your cardholder account. Please note, eligible purchases are for Slack customers that upgrade their account and change their payment method to the small business Mastercard. Slack customers who are already purchasing Slack products with Mastercard are not eligible. If you continue with your upgraded plan after receiving the maximum rebate, you will be charged at the standard rate for your selected plan unless you cancel your subscription or downgrade.
