No, there is no need to activate each offer separately. Once enrolled, all the offers are automatically activated, starting with the date of your card’s enrolment in the Mastercard Premium Collection program. All new offers added into the program are automatically enabled for successfully enrolled cards as well.

A:
No, there may be different cashback values offered for different merchant offers. Please consult each offer’s description page to be aware of their respective conditions.
+Get automatic cashback if you respect the campaign mechanism
Q:
When can I get the cashback if I have respected the campaign mechanism?
A:
The cashbacks are automatically offered according to the mechanism of each offer. If the mechanism does not contain a fixed date for cashbacks payment, then the cashbacks are scored after each eligible purchase with the merchant, upon the processing of such purchases in the systems of the campaign organizer. If a date is set to calculate and send all cashbacks to the eligible cards, the systems of the campaign organizer will perform these actions on said date and will send the cashback to all eligible cards. In all cases, the cashback transactions will be settled by the issuer, in order for the cardholder to get the cashback amount on their card, a few days after the purchase date or after the date set for cashback transfers.
+Using another card than the one you have enrolled in the program at a participating merchant

Will I get the cashback if I have made a purchase with a participating merchant, but I used another card for the payment?
A:
No. The cashbacks are scored and sent to Mastercard cards which have been successfully enrolled in the program. Please note that the cashback is scored for the purchases made after the enrolment of your card in the Mastercard Premium Collection program. Past purchases (made before the successful enrolment in the program) will not be considered.

Where can I check if the cashback has already been sent to my card?
A:
All the cashback transactions will contain the transaction description “Mastercard Premium”, so that cardholders can check and identify them in the transaction history of their card accounts through the channels made available by their card issuers (e.g., in the mobile banking application, online bank system, bank account and card account statement, etc.).

How can I terminate my card’s participation in the Mastercard Premium Collection program so I don’t receive cashback anymore?
A:
At any point of time, the cardholders can visit the program enrolment page www.priceless.com/Premium-collection-RO-enrolment and follow the opt out instructions which are available upon clicking the opt out link. Once the correct opt out information is submitted, the cardholders will see the status message of such request; if the status is successful, the provided card will not be in the program anymore for any of the offer’s benefits starting with the date of the successful opting out from the program.
