About our partner
Viñedos y Olivares Del Quintón
Across a 120-hectare expanse framed by the Quintón stream, you can enjoy a landscape of rolling hills, lagoons, and native flora and fauna in perfect harmony with clay-rich soils and abundant stones that lend our wines and extra virgin olive oils their distinctive minerality. Our commitment to quality and the development of Uruguay's winemaking and extra virgin olive oil production has enabled us to grow sustainably, not only in production but also in process and service innovation, recognized with prestigious awards such as the Innovation Award granted by the Uruguayan National Tourism Chamber in 2022.The grapes from selected clusters are immediately transported to the winery to begin the winemaking process. The clusters are destemmed and sorted before entering the vats for the fermentation stage. The entire process is gravitational, ensuring the integrity and quality of the product thanks to the structural conditions of the winery.
