You'll kick off an unforgettable evening with welcome cocktail at the intimate 12-seater on the elegant Eden House tower rooftop in Al Bada'a, where the esteemed Chef Solemann Haddad, Dubai's youngest chef patron at 28 years old, will present you with a tasting menu imbued with Japanese techniques and Franco-Syrian culinary inspiration, including an exlcusive off-menu dish featuring Kaluga Hybrid caviar with spicy shima aji and shatta, a middle eastern hot spice.
