Director of the best cheese in Spain contest "Gourmetquesos", and brand ambassador of Spanish Cheese for the ICEX (Spanish Institute for International Commerce); he has become a referential person in the gastronomy industry. He has also published various guides about the cheese and numerous articles on it.
