İrem Boza and İdil Aksoy, Galatasaray University sociology graduates, pioneered urban-smell-memory studies in Turkey, exploring the link between cultural heritage and scent. After 10 years of archival research, they created the "Scents of the City" exhibition at the Istanbul Design Museum, offering a unique Istanbul experience.
