Restaurant Marmitón Bistró is a small and cosy bistro located in one of the most romantic neighborhoods in Madrid, La Latina. It's a place to discover new flavours with the best company. We apply our knowledge to classic recipes in order to offer a unique experience in every bite. Restaurant Marmitón Bistró is a member of the JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs), an International association of young restaurateurs and chefs, whose aim is to share their talent and passion for food with like-minded individuals.
