Arango is a restaurant founded in 2018, named after Don José Doroteo Arango Arámbula, known as "Pancho Villa." It offers contemporary Mexican cuisine in an Art Deco style from the 1930s and 1950s, emerged in Paris in the early 20th century. Chef Alejandro Cuatepotzo defines Arango's cuisine as rooted in Puebla's flavors and Mexico's ingredient biodiversity.
