After more than 35 years of experience in the world of restaurants, Inmaculada Núñez and Alberto Chicote decided to launch their most personal gastronomic project in the heart of Madrid: Omeraki. A restaurant that does not subscribe to a closed type of cuisine, but rather seeks the best proposal within seasonal products. A completely free and limitless cooking style. The Omeraki room is open, bright and welcoming, with wood as one of the predominant construction elements, while the tables are made from beams that supported an emblematic building in Zamora, Las Cariátides. The gastronomic proposal is based on two menus prepared every week with market products, a shorter one, called "Festival", and a longer one, "Homenaje".
