Success led to Gault & Millau Guide recognition, catering to celebrities like Salma Hayek, Tony Fadell, and Randy Kerber. In 2022, Chef Tania expanded to Miami, serving clients like Land Rover and luxury residences. Her cuisine blends diverse cultures, traditions, Latin influences, French savoir-faire, seasonal ingredients, and boundless creativity.
