Boram Um

Producer, roaster, barista and Q-grader, Boram is one of the founding partners of Um Coffee Co., an awarded Coffee house in São Paulo. He graduated from Boston University in 2013, and has been involved with the special coffees´ market for over six years. Boram is the 2020 Brazilian champion of barismo.

Now, he is the mind behind the creations and flavours you can enjoy on your afternoon break, in downtown São Paulo.
