Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Allard is one of the last authentic French gourmet bistros. By taking over the restaurant in 2013, Alain Ducasse had no other ambition than to perpetuate the tradition of Marthe and Marcel Allard. The restaurant remains imbued with the tradition of this burgundian couple and with a simple cuisine with a certain nobility and authenticity.
