Chef Didier Durand has been cooking for over 30 years and focuses on light, healthy, innovative, and well-seasoned international cuisine. He belongs to many professional and culinary organizations including the American Chefs Federation and The Illinois Restaurant Association. He also lives to teach and participates in many cooking demos on national television, Cooking Food Channel, and Julia Child's Cooking Demo, among others.
