The cuisine at Capriccio Osteria reflects Bampton's high standards and quest for perfectionism. All pasta is made by hand and changed for each new season. Flavours and textures are balanced to represent modernity with a nod to Italian classics and the restaurants' Amalfi Coast heritage. Nicole Bampton, the Head Chef of Capriccio since 2017, has an impressive repertoire and reputation having worked at some of Sydney's awarded restaurants. The idea behind Capriccio Osteria is to bring friends and family around the table, in a casual environment and create lasting memories.
