Allegrine - my grandmother and main source of inspiration. It was in her kitchen in Paris that my lifelong and stormy love of straightforward, simple French food was founded. I still remember the scent of thyme, garlic and aromatic spices. Onions, lentils, asparagus, turnips and flavorful sausages were all cooked lovingly and gave me unforgettable food memories.
Allegrine - my restaurant by the small square on Kammakargatan. Here, myself and my team wish to create wonderful food memories for you, prepared from the seasonal ingredients we like best. Come enjoy food with obvious French roots interpreted in our way.
French-Swedish and raised in Paris, Danyel has hosted TV shows and published a number of cookbooks: Danyel Couet's Paris has been translated into several languages. A Bocuse d'Or silver medalist, Danyel is currently the chef-owner of seven restaurants in Sweden. Allegrine has been appointed a Michelin Bib Gourmand - Inspectors' favourites for good value, in the 2020 Michelin Guide
