Jiří Roith is a founder of the educational project Culinary Arts. The main goal of this project is to improve the quality of professional gastronomy education in the Czech hotel and gastronomy schools. This project is dedicated to professionals who want to develop their skills in this discipline as well as to hobby cooks, who are taking their interest seriously.
