"With the feet on the ground and the head on the sea". Glass Mar by Ángel León offers the most representative proposals of Puerto de Santa María and some winks to Madrid's gastronomy. Chef Ángel owns the restaurant Aponiente, awarded with three Michelin Stars and three Repsol Suns. Since 2016, he has also been the Gastronomic Director of the restaurant Alevante, where he has a Michelin Star and a Sol Repsol. With Glass Mar, Ángel León disembarks in Madrid and brings us the ocean and his four Michelin Stars to the center of the peninsula: "At Glass, we propose a different idea, which does not exactly fit into a restaurant, tavern, or bar. We come with humbleness, to bring a little of flagship restaurant Aponiente in a casual and cheerful atmosphere. A kitchen for people to eat delicious food."
