The chef is not only the gray eminence behind the scenes, but he plays his magic routine right in the restaurant. It is also worth mentioning that the head chef Pavel Býček, together with the team of chefs from Prague's Alcorn, where he worked as Head Chef, defended the Michelin star 5 times.
