The Concept "Cocktail Salon" strives to be a further developed as well as differentiated form of the existing "Cook Saloon". In this case though, it's all about fruits, vegetables herbs and most of all, about the diverse and historically valuable world of spirits, liqueurs, distilled and macerated delicacies and their path from barrels and pot stills straight into the glass.
