Before opening their own restaurant in Vienna, the Ruhm brothers worked in some of the world’s top restaurants. Marcel worked as a chef at Nobu in St. Moritz and Mykonos. Marcel has completed a two-week training in Sao Paolo with Hideto San who worked for many years as a sushi chef at Nobu. Sascha used to be a Service Captain at Nobu in St. Moritz, Mykonos and managed the PoP-Up store in Paris before the opened the Nobu Restaurant there. Sascha also worked at The Fat Duck in the UK, a 3-Michelin star restaurant consistently ranked one of the best in the world. DiningRuhm fuses the best of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, using the highest quality Austrian ingredients.
