New American Restaurant
A lush oasis in Miami’s Peacock Park, Glass & Vine resembles a secret garden by the sea where patrons can indulge in dishes composed of delicate flavors and locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant was opened in 2015 by star chef Giorgio Rapicavoli. Chef Giorgio opened the wildly popular Eating House after dazzling the judges on Food Network’s Chopped, where he was the first winner to hail from Miami. Glass & Vine is his latest culinary adventure, focused on shared plates inspired by the city’s natural surroundings.
