The project CAVIAR RUSSIA was created in 2014 by experts of the Russian caviar business with the participation of the Union of Sturgeon and the Federal Fishery Agency. The caviar bar features the largest assortment of black caviar from the leading Russian producers of products from sturgeon species of fish.
