Jane Lockhart is the self-taught baker and owner of beloved Los Angeles bakery Sweet Lady Jane. She opened her first shop on Melrose Avenue in 1988 and has expanded to Santa Monica, Encino, and Newport Beach. Her specialties including the world-famous Triple Berry Cake, cherry pie (Oprah’s favorite), and wedding cakes that look like works of art. Everything on her menu is made from scratch, using only the highest quality ingredients. Jane’s creations have been featured in Oprah, InStyle, and The New York Times.
