- The visit lasts approximately 3 hours in total, with two hours spent inside the Vatican Museums and about half an hour for transfers

- Meeting point is in Piazza del Popolo, near Bar Canova, where a private transit will await you to take you to the easiest access point to the Vatican Museums. The transit will then take you back to Piazza del Popolo
- Please arrive at the meeting point at 6:45 pm CET on the day of the visit. The transfer will depart at 7:00 pm CET sharp
- All participants must undergo security checks upon entry, and a valid identification document will be required
- Proper attire is necessary; sleeveless clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats are not permitted
- Helmets, glass objects, suitcases, and any other items considered dangerous are not allowed inside the Museums. It is also advised not to bring bulky bags
- The experience is also open to those over the age of 12. However, minors between the ages of 12 and 18 will not be allowed to participate in the experience without being accompanied by an adult
