Your evening will begin with a demonstration from Hammer & Tongs' Head Chef Rob Creaser. He'll teach you how to turn and tan meats on the restaurant's enormous braai and he'll share his expert knowledge and top tips for a perfect grill. Once you've worked up an appetite over the hot embers, you'll be wined and dined with a 3-course set menu of Hammer & Tongs' melt-in-the-mouth meats, tender and smoky from the braai.
