Taste a custom Japanese menu at Yūgen Dining as part of Serve Festival, a two-week celebration of Melbourne's food and drink scene. On 21 January you'll take your seat for a one-night-only dinner, starting with a Yuzu Toki sour, then moving on to baby corn with wild crispy rice and smoked eel followed by dry-aged duck with black ginger and kombu dressing. Cap off the special evening with an exquisite calamansi, almond, and kaffir lime meringue. Exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.
