You'll be treated to three unique epicurean evenings with delectable one-off menus featuring five courses focused on mushrooms, lobster, or truffles from acclaimed chef Juan Carlos Trujillo, a finalist for Madrid Fusión's Newcomer Chef Award in 2013, who specialises in Spanish gastronomy prepared with fine local ingredients. You'll enjoy enchanting dishes such as stuffed morels with sausage and port cream, pigeon pâté toast with truffle and cocoa, and lobster suquet paired with outstanding wines from the club's expertly curated winery.
