You'll start with a visit to a nearby wet market at Geylang Serai led by the passionate chef, who will share insights into regional produce and local culture. Later, you'll join the culinary team at the elegant eight-seater to hear about Province and Restaurant 808's dining concepts over snacks and champagne before sitting down to sample three exclusive dishes made with fresh produce from the market.
