In the early 20th century, during the golden age of travel, Ernest's Bar offers an enchanting ambiance with illustrations of fresh spices, herbs and botanicals from different parts of the world, brought by the Silk Road. The use of these herbs and spices in unique cocktails offers a distinctive experience, while culture and creativity come together in a new typology of raki cocktails. In addition to a selection of Hemingway's favorite drinks, it offers the possibility to create 150 types of Negroni Twists.
