Opera Națională București
Bucharest National Opera is the most significant Romanian lyrical institution. With an activity dating back to the end of the XIXth century, the Opera institutionalization took place in 1921. In 1924, three years after the Romanian Opera institutionalization, Anton Romanowski settles in Romania and lays the foundation for the first Romanian ballet company.
