Mikla - 1 MICHELIN Star Istanbul 2023 was opened in October 2005 with the idea of creating a contemporary "Istanbulian" restaurant. With its visionary, refined cuisine, breathtaking view, modern presentation and inspiring music, Mikla was quickly selected as the best restaurant in Istanbul. Today, it continues to receive significant praise in both local and international evaluations. With the "New Anatolian Cuisine" concept created in August 2012, Mikla added another plus to its mission of quality food and succeeded in raising the pioneering bar it holds in the local and international platforms. Mikla has been on the list of "The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants" since 2015.
