Daniel Castaño
Daniel Castaño is a renowned Colombian Chef, he studied French cuisine and acquired much of his experience in New York where he lived for 12 years. He has more than 25 years of experience in the culinary field. He is a partner of the Gastronomic Group "Gordo", some of his restaurants are: Emilia Grace, Julia, Gordo, Tomodachi, Gyros, Elektra, and Renata with a total of 25 locations in Bogota, Medellin, Cali, and New York.
He has participated in different reality shows recognized in the industry in Colombia and Ecuador.
