Buonissima – Chef Matteo Baronetto
Buonissima is a great culinary event that takes place in Turin and combines great international cuisine, the excellence of Piedmontese cuisine and the great artistic, architectural and creative beauties of the city. The first eventi in 2021 involved national and international chefs including Ferran and Albert Adrià, Ana Roš, Matteo Baronetto and Massimo Bottura. Matteo Baronetto, who has worked with Carlo Cracco for many years, is the Chef of the "Ristorante Del Cambio" in Turin. His cuisine, characterized by balance, intuition and talent in execution, has made him appreciated and esteemed by food critic at a national and international level.
