Chef Lindsey Greflund

Chef Lindsey Greflund graduated from George Brown College with a Baking Pastry Arts diploma in 2006. In 2013 Lindsey earned her Red Seal pastry chef certification. Lindsey loves sharing her passion for making with others by creating dishes for fine dining restaurants like "sassafraz" and by teaching classes at George Brown College, PC Cooking Schools, Le Dolci foodie studio and several others. Currently, in addition to teaching and baking/creating, Lindsey works as a culinary producer for Food Network Canada for shows such 'The Great Chocolate Showdown' and 'Bake Boss.' Chef Lindsey plans to make the kitchens of Toronto a sweeter place.
