Pedro Bargero: He trained to work in countries such as England, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, and Russia, where he incorporated elements of each gastronomic culture into his style. He also worked in the French restaurants of Mauro Colagreco and David Toutain. Today he is the executive chef of Chila (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Mercedes Solís: Lived and cooked in Stockholm and Copenhagen, where she worked at NOMA. She also collaborated with German Martitegui for 11 years, first in Madrid and then in Buenos Aires in charge of the kitchen at Tegui, one of the best restaurants in Latin America. Today she works at Café San Juan (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
