Paserene is small, family operated winery in the quaint town of Franschhoek. The raison d'être of this estate is to produce high-end luxury wines.
Wines made here are for the refined palate so it's no surprise this estate has won prestigious awards, including a five-star rating in the 2021 John Platter Guide and a Robert Parker Top 100 Discoveries Award. The variety of wine here ranges from the bespoke labels, to elegant wines from three distinctive terroirs.
