Gaggan Anand Restaurant
Gregarious Kolkata-born chef Gaggan Anand closed his Bangkok restaurant – which had been voted No.1 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants a record four times from 2015-2018 – in August 2019. In November of the same year, he opened a new incarnation of the eatery with a subtly different name in a new, foliage-clad site in the south east of Bangkok. The Gaggan Anand restaurant debuts on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list at No.5, earning the Highest New Entry Award in 2021.
