Martín Afinador is a cheese technician and artisan, we could, perhaps say that he is a Renaissance man. He is, as of today, a "Maestro Afinador de Quesos", specialized in treating with uniqueness each product. He buys young cheeses and curates them through delicate and specific processes; getting in result unrepeatable and refined products. Director of the best cheese in Spain contest "Gourmetquesos", and brand ambassador of Spanish Cheese for the ICEX (Spanish Institute for International Commerce); he has become a referential person in the gastronomy industry. He has also published various guides about the cheese and numerous articles on it.
