Geoff Ogilvy
Since a young age, Geoff Ogilvy had an affinity for golf after receiving a cut-down 9-iron by his father who would take him to the local public course. It was when Geoff learned how to access one of the top courses the world, Royal Melbourne, where his love for the game blossomed. By age 16, Geoff had progressed to a scratch handicap, and by 21 he had turned professional. Since turning pro in 1998, Geoff has earned eight U.S. PGA TOUR ® titles including the 2006 US Open and three World Golf Championship events, as well as, two international victories on the PGA Tour of Australasia. He is also a partner in the golf course design firm – OCM Golf and is the go-to guy for the media looking for comment on course design, playability, or anything to do with golf.
