Bea is located where land meets sea, in the heart of Barangaroo. They like to think of their home as a hideaway for the mischievous, where generous, simple food takes the hand of delicious, uncomplicated wine and cocktails. Bea sits cheek-to-cheek with Sydney Harbour, and draws inspiration from that glittering landscape too, championing its bounty of market-fresh vegetables, seafood and meat on the wood-fired grill, the heart of Bea's kitchen, where Executive Chef Tom Haynes works his magic. You won't find any fussy garnishes or tweezer techniques, they're all about sourcing beautiful Australian produce from nearby land and sea and treating it simply and respectfully, guided by the best of each season. The menu is designed for sharing and where necessary, portions are generous, just as they should be.
