Gofio
Canarian gastronomy is the protagonist of this restaurant, which was awarded with a Michelin star in the 2020 edition, and is directed by Chef Safe Cruz. With dishes made with products from the Canarian land and watered with islander wines, Gofio offers a creative cuisine that tries to maximize the culinary culture of the islands. Gofio is located in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras, in a small rectangular place with only six tables and a capacity for 25 people. Its decoration is simple, with watercolors by the Canarian artist María Bombassat giving life to the walls.
