With a 10+ year long career, Chef Paraibano Onildo Rocha leads the kitchen at Cozinha Roccia Restaurant, which has been elected for the second consecutive year in 2019 as one of the best restaurants in the world by the Identitá Golose Guide. Rocha graduated in São Paulo and has traveled to different destinations around the world to broaden his repertoire, but the chef from Paraíba never neglected his roots in choosing to establish his base in João Pessoa. His restaurant was also the winner of the 2017 Best Nordestino Restaurant award from Prazeres da Mesa Magazine and featured in VIP magazine as one of the 10 best restaurants in Brazil in 2017. Onildo raises northeastern inputs to maximum power through the French methodology that is the main line of their preparations.
