When Giro Pizzeria first opened its doors, it was the result of a genuine collaboration based on like-minded values between Nobis Hospitality Group and one of the oldest pizzerias in the world, Da Michele. For five generations they have created pizzas in the old way, with only two types of pizza: Marinara and Margherita. The basic ingredients in a pizza dough are few; flour, water and yeast. Sounds simple, but as with all cooking, there is always a crucial chapter that results in a product with that extra. The proofing technique and the design of the oven are crucial along with the type of flour. In addition to the dough, tomatoes and mozzarella are the base for any genuine pizza and Giro only uses San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella. Giro is quite simply the place where traditions and innovation come together, creating the best pizza possible.
