Chef Stefano Camplone is the founder of "Edit Pop Up", a series of supperclub dinners extremely popular in East London, and Young Chef of The Year 2019 finalist.
Currently head chef at Barge East, Stefano's impressive culinary background has seen him working at top London restaurants Roganic, Pachamama East and Neo Bistro.
The youngest of 6 children, Stefano was born and raised in Pescara, in the south of Italy, and grew up in the kitchen alongside his mother helping her cooking for their numerous guests, family and friends.
With Edit Pop Up, Stefano aims to showcase local and seasonal produce through events where like-minded people can join together around a table, experience fine dishes and wine and have a great time. Every event brings a piece of Abruzzo to the table. All of Stefano's food creations are centered around low food wastage, foraging, and local, British produce.
