Decorated by the interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, BiBo Madrid reflects the travelled essence of the BiBo cuisine with a giant hot-air balloon hanging over the bar, and with the concept of a refined, cosmopolitan and elegant Andalusia using a structure of 7,000 light bulbs that cover the restaurant walls in a sophisticated representation of the Feria de Málaga lights. The best seafood in the Mediterranean play an angular role in the proposal of BiBo Madrid. The menu can't help but be avant-garde, as Dani García experiments with modern techniques without leaving behind his roots and the taste of the sea the Andalusian tradition.
