Noah's desire for knowledge and unique culinary experiences has taken him across continents. After honing his skills in Toronto at Lee's and Whitehouse Meats, in NYC at db Bistro Modern, and in London, England at Wild Honey, Arbutus and St. John, Noah returned home to bring life back to a Toronto institution. As he embraces the history of Peter Pan Bistro, Noah is proud to call the Queen St. restaurant his home.
