- Experience takes place on selected dates; the English tour starts at 6 p.m. with the aperitif, followed by the cathedral tour at 7 p.m. sharp; the Italian tour starts at 7 p.m. with the aperitif, followed by the cathedral tour at 8 p.m. sharp
- Punctuality is mandatory. Please arrive at the Duomo at least 10 minutes before the visit starts (6:50 p.m. for the English tour, 7:50 p.m. for the Italian tour). The tour will begin promptly at the scheduled time, and latecomers will not be able to join. The meeting point for the visit is on the right side of the cathedral, in front of Ticket Office I, Piazza Duomo 14/A

- For those with mobility challenges, alternative access can be arranged at the Milan Cathedral. However, note that due to the nature of the itinerary, some areas, such as the Feriale and Iemale Chapels, may not be accessible.
